Ingredients

1 lb. oleo
1 c. sugar
3 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. coarsely crumbled potato chips
powdered sugar
Preparation

Cream together sugar and oleo.
Slowly blend in flour and vanilla.
Gently mix in potato chips.
Drop by teaspoonfuls on cookie sheet.
Bake in preheated 300\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until barely browned.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Makes 5 to 6 dozen cookies.
