Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    3 1/2 c. grated raw zucchini
    1 c. oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. walnuts (optional)
    3 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat eggs until foamy; add oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla. Mix well.
    Add dry ingredients which have been sifted together. Add nuts last.
    Beat until blended.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
    Makes 2 loaves (grease pans).
