Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 large potatoes (approximately 6 lb.)
    salt to taste
    1 stick margarine, divided
    6 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. light sour cream
    1/4 c. milk
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook and mash potatoes.
    Add sour cream, cream cheese and 5 tablespoons margarine and milk.
    Place in greased casserole; dot with remaining margarine and paprika.
    (Can also add shredded cheese.)
    Bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Can make a day ahead and store in refrigerator before baking.
