1 1/2 c. 1% milk
1 tsp. salt
1 (10 oz.) box Birds Eye
frozen Deluxe asparagus spears, thawed
1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
In medium bowl, beat eggs. Add milk and salt; blend well. Pour mixture into greased 9 x 9-inch baking pan; top with asparagus. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 15 minutes or until egg mixture is set.
