Crabmeat Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crabmeat
3/4 c. meat
1 c. mayonnaise
1 medium onion, chopped fine
2 c. crushed Ritz crackers (very fine)
5 hard-boiled eggs, cut fine
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients except reserving 1 cup of crackers.
Put reserved crackers on top of casserole with a dot of butter.
Cook for approximately 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
