Joseph'S Coat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. vinegar (fill up to 1/2 with water)
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 c. diced celery
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. mixed frozen vegetables, cooked and drained
    1/2 c. fine cut onions
    1 small jar pimentos
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients.
    Cook until thick.
    Pour over vegetables while still hot.
    Let set for 24 hours.
