Hush Puppies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. flour
1 c. corn meal
1 egg
1 c. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. sugar
milk

Preparation

Mix all together.
Add enough milk for mixture to drop off spoon.
Drop by tablespoon in a deep fry pot.
Fry 1 minute on each side, or until brown.
Drain on paper towel.
