Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. beef shank
    1 pt. 2 oz. can tomato juice
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. chili powder
    2 bay leaves
    1 lb. tomatoes (2 c.)
    1 c. diced celery
    1 can whole corn
    1 c. sliced carrots
    1 c. diced potatoes
    6 c. water
Preparation
    Cook meat, tomato juice, onion and 6 cups water.
    Simmer 2 hours.
    Add vegetables.
    Simmer 1 more hour.
    Remove bay leaves and serve.
