Lemon Chiffon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    5 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. butter
    pinch of salt
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    grated rind of 1 lemon
    3 well-beaten egg yolks
    1 c. milk
    3 stiffly beaten egg whites
Preparation
    Blend the sugar, flour, butter and salt.
    Add the lemon juice, lemon rind, egg yolks and milk.
    Fold in the egg whites.
    Pour into buttered baking dish and set in a pan of hot water.
    Bake about 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    The flour and eggs form a cake on top with a delicious lemon pudding on the bottom.
    Delicious and so much quicker and easier to make than a lemon pie.
