Sauteed Chicken Livers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken livers
    flour
    1/4 c. butter
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    3 Tbsp. sherry wine
    1 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Cover chicken livers with ice water for 1 1/2 hours.
    Drain and dry.
    Flour lightly.
    Saute in butter with grated onion.
    Add sherry and parsley.
    Cook until most of sauce disappears.
