Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. plain flour
1 c. buttermilk
2 c. sugar
2 c. Wesson oil
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cocoa
1 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. red food color
2 eggs
Preparation

Mix sugar and oil; add beaten eggs.
Sift flour, add salt, soda and cocoa together, mix well.
Add milk, vinegar and food coloring and mix well.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done. Frost with white (cream cheese) frosting.
