Country Pork Roast - cooking recipe

3 1/2 lb. boneless pork loin
1/4 tsp. salt
4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 c. apple or red currant jelly
1 c. barbecue sauce
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Place pork loin on a roasting rack. Combine salt, garlic and 1 teaspoon chili powder and rub it over the pork surface.
Roast meat, uncovered, in the center of preheated oven for 30 to 60 minutes.
