Cheese Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. medium sharp cheese
    1/2 c. thick cream
    1 c. mayonnaise
    red pepper to taste
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    strawberry preserves
Preparation
    Grate and cream the cheese.
    Add cream, mayonnaise and pepper and mix well.
    Add chopped pecans.
    Mold with hands in any shape desired and refrigerate.
    When ready to serve, pour strawberry preserves over the cheese loaf.
    Yields 8 to 10 servings.
