Coleslaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cabbage, grated
    1 carrot, grated
    1 green pepper, diced
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. mustard seed
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Toss the cabbage, carrot and pepper in a large salad bowl. In a saucepan, combine vinegar, mustard seed, sugar and celery seed.
    Bring mixture to a boil for 1 minute; allow to cool.
    Pour over cabbage mixture and serve chilled.
