Hard Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick butter
2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. bourbon

Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add bourbon slowly, mixing to incorporate.
May add more to get a softer consistency.
Chill. Serve with steamed cranberry or plum pudding.
