Spoon Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. fine white corn meal
1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
water
oil

Preparation

Mix
first
4 ingredients with fork or whisk.
Add warm water until
the\tconsistency of cake batter.
Spoon into hot oil in frying pan.
Cook until golden brown on both sides.
