Hart'S Nacho Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 can Ro-Tel diced tomatoes and green chiles
    1 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 (3 lb. bag) Nacho chips
    dash garlic powder
Preparation
    Brown and drain beef.
    Place in slow cooker on low.
    Add garlic powder, Ro-Tel tomatoes, and cheese stirring occasionally until smooth.
    Add water.
    Do not leave for very long.
    May burn on sides.
    When serving, add a dish of sour cream to the side.
    Some may enjoy this addition.
