Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 sticks butter
6 overripe bananas
1/2 c. nuts
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
dash of salt
Preparation

Combine sugar, eggs, butter and bananas in blender until smooth.
Pour this into large mixing bowl.
Add combined dry ingredients until well mixed.
Stir in nuts.
To make 2 large loaves, bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Let cool 5 to 10 minutes before removing from pan.
