Spinach Tortilla Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 dozen flour tortillas
2 pkg. chopped spinach, thawed and drained thoroughly
1/2 lb. bacon or bacon bits
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
3 green onions, chopped
1 envelope Good Seasons mix
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together well.
Spread on a tortilla. Roll up and wrap.
Continue until all filling is used.
Freeze. Cut frozen rolls into slices and allow to thaw slightly before serving.
May be stored frozen for three months.
