Ripe Tomato Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 pt. ripe tomatoes
    1 qt. sliced onions
    1 qt. sweet peppers
    2 c. celery
    4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. pickling spice
    4 c. vinegar
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Chop in blender for 2 or 3 seconds all ingredients except spices.
    Tie spices up in cheesecloth and put into pot of mixture. Cook slowly until thickness desired.
    Put into canning jars, seal and water bath, boiling for 10 minutes.
