Mini Blintzes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. cream cheese
2 egg yolks
1/2 c. sugar
2 lb. Pepperidge Farm white bread
1/2 lb. melted butter
cinnamon
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Cream egg yolks, 1/4 cup of the sugar and cream cheese.
Cut crusts from bread.
Roll each slice thin with rolling pin.
Spread with cream mixture.
Roll and dip with melted butter and then in cinnamon and sugar mix.
Cut pieces in half and freeze.
Bake until brown, 10 to 15 minutes.
