Lemon Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/2 c. oleo
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
grated lemon rind
dash of salt
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
confectioners sugar

Preparation

Blend 1 cup flour, oleo and 1/2 cup sugar and press into 9 x 9-inch pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
