Bulgarian Famous Easy-Bake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cup flour or wheat starch
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
Dash or splash of vanilla
Finely grated skin of a lemon or orange (optional)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375.
Beat the eggs and sugar at high speed for 5 minutes.
Add the flour and the vanilla and the grated lemon or orange skin.
Beat until well mixed.
Pour into a buttered and floured pan or into small muffin pans.
Bake for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
