Dough For Noodles Or Ravioli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. warm water
    5 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In a bowl, make a well in flour.
    Add salt. Add eggs and water.
    Mix until dough is well mixed.
    Use flour to \"clean\" hands of all dough.
    Place dough on lightly floured board. Knead until smooth.
    Let stand 30 minutes to 1 hour before using to make ravioli or noodles.
