Stuffed Italian Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sweet Italian sausage
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 firm loaf Italian bread
Preparation
    Brown sausage in skillet and drain.
    I use the links sliced. You can also use the loose if you prefer.
    Cook spinach until dry. Make sure there is no liquid.
    Mix sausage, spinach and cheese together until cheese is melted through.
