Bacon-Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded cheese (sharp)
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3 eggs, beaten (add to milk)
    1 c. biscuit mix (homemade; could use Bisquick)
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease a 10-inch pie plate.
    Sprinkle bacon, onion and cheese in pie plate.
    In blender or processor, combine remaining ingredients and beat on high about one minute, until smooth.
    Pour into pie plate.
    Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
    Cool 5 minutes. Cut into wedges.
    Serve with salad.
