Rhubarb Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2/3 c. oil
1 egg
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. diced fresh rhubarb
1/2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Grease and flour two 9 x 5-inch loaf pans.
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients until well blended and spoon into loaf pans.
