Low-Fat, Sugar-Free Strawberry Shake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) container \"lite\" yogurt (strawberry)
    1 c. frozen strawberries
    1/2 to 1 c. skim milk
Preparation
    Place ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth and well mixed. Use more or less milk, depending on how thick you like it. Enjoy!
