Zucchini (Apple) Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. zucchini, peeled and sliced
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. tapioca
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    2 tsp. butter
Preparation
    Mix all together as you would for apple pie filling. Place in pie shell and top with crust. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes until tender.
