Caramel Apple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. unpeeled apples, diced
    1 1/2 c. dry roasted peanuts
    1 large can chunk pineapple
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 egg, beaten
    1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
    1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip
Preparation
    Drain pineapple and reserve juice.
    Mix chunks with marshmallows and put in refrigerator overnight.
    In a small pan, mix pineapple juice, sugar, flour, egg and vinegar.
    Cook until thick over medium heat.
    Cool overnight in refrigerator.
