Chivicie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. fish (flounder, red snapper or grouper)
    1 c. fresh lime juice
    1 red pepper
    1 tomato
    2 green onions
    1 green pepper
    2 cloves garlic
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1 tsp. coriander
    pepper to taste
    Tabasco or red chili sauce
Preparation
    Cut fish into thin fillets and then cube pieces about 1/4-inch square.
    Add lime juice, fresh squeezed, not frozen or diluted. Let sit in refrigerator for 2 hours minimum.
