Strawberry Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sifted flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. frozen sliced strawberries, thawed
    1 1/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease six 3 x 6-inch pans or two 9 x 5-inch pans. Sift dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
    Make a well in the center. Combine remaining ingredients and add to dry ingredients, stirring just enough to moisten. Pour into prepared pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes for small pans. Additional time will be needed for larger pans. Check at intervals.
    Remove from oven and let cool 5 minutes before removing from pans. Cool on wire rack.
