Rhubarb Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. diced rhubarb
    1 c. water
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Peel and cut the rhubarb into small pieces.
    Boil slowly until tender.
    Add sugar; stir until dissolved.
    Serve hot or cold. Makes 6 servings.
    May add 2 cups sliced strawberries.
