    4 cloves garlic
    1 small onion
    1/2 small green pepper
    2 strands cilantro (recao)
    pinch of oregano
    1/2 can tomato sauce (8 oz.)
    1 pkg. sazon (with achiote)
    3 Tbsp. corn oil
    1 Tbsp. salt or to taste
    1 can green pigeon peas
    2 tsp. Alcaparrado Manzanilla olives
    4 c. rice
