Potato Candy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

small or medium potatoes
butter or margarine (same amount as the potatoes)
confectioners sugar
Preparation

Boil small or medium potatoes until done.
Remove from pan. Put same amount of butter or margarine as the size of potatoes. Mash together until all lumps are gone, then add confectioners sugar to butter and potatoes until it has the texture of dough bread.
Roll with rolling pin until thin.
Spread with peanut butter to 1/2-inch from the edge.
Roll into a long roll and cut off the ends.
Chill.
