Pineapple Nut Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box lemon gelatin *
    1 box lime gelatin *
    2 c. boiling water
    1/2 to 1 c. salad dressing
    3/4 can evaporated milk
    2 1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    1 pt. or less cottage cheese
    1/2 c. pecans, chopped
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in hot water; cool.
    Chill until thickened. Combine salad dressing mixed with the milk.
    Fold into jello and add pineapple, cottage cheese, nuts and lemon juice.
    Chill until firm.
    I use a 9 x 12-inch baking dish.
