Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    2 yeast cakes
    several c. flour
Preparation
    Mix together water, sugar, salt and shortening; let cool. Soften 2 cakes yeast in 1/4 cup warm water with 1 teaspoon sugar. Add 2 well beaten eggs to first mixture, then add yeast to that. Add enough flour gradually until you get a dough you can roll out. Cover bowl and place in refrigerator.
    Will keep 6 to 7 days.
    When ready to use, make into buns; let rise 1 hour.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
