Mystery Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    20 Ritz crackers, finely crushed
    3/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Beat egg whites stiff.
    Add baking powder and sugar gradually. Add vanilla and beat until very stiff.
    Fold in cracker crumbs and nuts.
    Pour into well-greased pie pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Let cool and top with Cool Whip.
