Apple Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 or 7 apples, sliced
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    cinnamon as desired
    1/3 c. melted margarine
Preparation
    Place apples in baking dish.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon.
    In a bowl mix flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.
    Add the unbeaten egg and mix.
    Cover apples with this mixture.
    Drizzle with melted margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 1/2 hour.
    Serve plain or with whipped cream.
