Oreo Cookie Surprise - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large bag Oreo cookies
1 stick margarine
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
small can Hershey's chocolate
salted peanuts
Cool Whip
Preparation

Crush large bag of Oreo cookies (put in Ziploc bag and roll with a rolling pin).
Melt margarine and mix together with Oreo cookies.
Pat into a 9 x 11 pan.
Take ice cream and let soften. Scoop it over and spread over crumb crust.\tUse a small can of Hershey's chocolate (about the size of tomato paste can) and drizzle it over the ice cream.
Throw on a handful of salted peanuts.
Put in the freezer.
Just before serving, cover the top with Cool Whip and sprinkle crushed Oreo cookies over the top. This should be made in time to put in freezer several hours before serving.
