Brown Sugar Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs, beaten
    1 (1 lb.) pkg. dark brown sugar
    1 c. whipping cream
    2 c. half and half
    3 c. milk
    1 c. chopped pecans (toasted, if desired)
Preparation
    Combine eggs and sugar; mix well.
    Add remaining ingredients; stir well.
    Pour mixture into freezer can of a 5-quart freezer. Freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
    Let set 1 hour. Yields about 1 gallon.
