Poached Fish With Caper Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 fish steaks, cut 1-inch thick (2 lb.) *
    4 lemon slices
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 c. dry white wine
    2 Tbsp. water
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 beaten egg yolk
    2 tsp. drained capers
Preparation
    *Fish you can use:
    halibut, salmon, sea bass, shark, swordfish, tuna or whitefish.
