Chicken Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cream or milk
    1/3 c. fat
    1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. celery salt
    2 1/2 c. cooked, chopped chicken
    1 tsp. onion juice
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. parsley
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Blend cream, fat, salt, pepper and celery salt to make white sauce.
    Combine chicken, onion juice, lemon juice and parsley. Add to sauce.
    Cool; shape into balls or cones.
    Dip in egg.
    Roll in crumbs.
    Fry in deep fat until well browned.
    Serve with green peas.
