Cream Cheese Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 lb. Philadelphia cream cheese
2 tsp. cream
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix all ingredients until mixture is smooth.
Spread on cake when cool.
