Cranberry Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
    3/4 c. orange juice
    1 1/2 c. golden raisins, chopped
    1 1/2 c. cranberries
    1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Sift together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt into large bowl.
    Cut in butter or margarine until mixture is crumbly.
    Stir egg with orange rind and orange juice, then blend mixture into flour mixture.
    Stir just until flour is moistened.
    Fold in raisins, cranberries and nuts. Spoon into greased 9 1/2 x 5 1/4-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 70 minutes, or until tester inserted into center comes out clean.
    Cool in pan 5 minutes, then invert onto wire rack.
    Turn right side up.
    Cool.
    Wrap for 24 hours before serving.
