Homemade Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    3 c. whipping cream (not whipped)
    2 c. half and half
    1 c. sweetened condensed milk
    2 1/2 Tbsp. flour (mix with sugar)
    4 eggs
    3 to 5 Tbsp. pure vanilla extract
Preparation
    Beat eggs slightly.
    Mix flour with sugar.
    Gradually add eggs and all milk.
    Cook over hot water for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Chill thoroughly, then pour into a 1 gallon freezer. Finish filling with whole milk.
    Freeze according to freezer instructions.
