Egg Brunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. seasoned croutons
    1 lb. pork sausage, browned
    12 oz. shredded Cheddar or Longhorn cheese
    9 eggs
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    2 c. milk
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    The night before, butter 9 x 13-inch pan and layer first 3 ingredients.
    Beat eggs, milk and mustard, then pour over first 3 ingredients.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Uncover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
