Egg Foo Yong - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs, beaten
    1 c. cooked meat/fish, slivered
    1 c. bean sprouts, drained
    1 small onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    butter (to cook with)
Preparation
    Combine eggs and other ingredients.
    Put 1/2 cup mixture in hot buttered skillet; cook until set and flip over to cook other side.
    Place on Earthen Ware dish with heaping mound of rice. Serve with Chinese Brown Gravy.
