Ellen'S Slushy Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
    4 c. boiling water
    5 c. cold water
    4 c. sugar
    4 c. water
    1 (16 oz.) bottle concentrated lemon juice
    1 large can pineapple juice
    2 qt. ginger ale
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in 4 cups boiling water; add 5 cups cold water. Set aside.
    In another pan, mix 4 cups sugar and 4 more cups water. Bring to a boil.
    Add sugar mixture to Jell-O mixture.
    Add bottle of lemon juice concentrate and 1 large can of pineapple juice.
    Mix all and freeze in milk cartons.
    Take out of freezer 3 to 4 hours before use.
    Add 2 quarts ginger ale to punch bowl with frozen mixture.
    Serves 100.
