2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 1/2 Tbsp. crumbled dried thyme leaves
1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1 lb. shelled walnut or pecan halves (4 c.)
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 425\u00b0.
In a 1 1/2-2-quart bowl, combine the oil, thyme and hot sauce. Add the nuts and stir gently until the nuts are well coated with the oil and seasonings.
